Super Party $290
• Private party for 16-20 kids
• 1 hour and 45 minutes of play and party time
& 15 additional minutes goodbyes and carryout

• Small bouquet of birthday balloons

Party Extras:
Pizza and Juice box: $3.50 per child
Favor bags: $3.00 per child
Take home balloons for party guests:

Additional party time (Depending on availability): $50.00 per 1/2 hour w/ prior arrangment

Here are answers to some frequently asked questions regarding birthday parties:

 Party Arrival/Departure/Preparation

· Jack and Jill’s Parties are 1 hour and 45 minutes in length, with an additional 15 minutes for handing out party favors, saying goodbye and carry out of personal items.

· The birthday family may arrive 5-10 minutes before the beginning of the party to carry in favors, food and personal items.

· Jack and Jill’s is responsible for set up of all paper goods and utensils, as well as decorative balloons.  Guests may bring additional balloon bouquets or order additional balloons through Jack and Jill’s.  Jack and Jill’s cannot accommodate additional decorations such as streamers, hanging decorations, etc…

· At the end of the party, Jack and Jill’s can help you or your child pass out favors in order to encourage guest departure.  Jack and Jill’s staff will also be happy to help collect your personal items, gifts, etc… into one area for easier removal.  Out of respect for parties occurring after yours and for our staff, it is very important that all items are removed within 15 minutes of the end of the party.

 

Party Food

· Party food (Romeo’s Pizza and juice boxes) may be ordered through Jack and Jill’s or you may bring your own.

· We strongly encourage simple foods, such as pizza, sandwich halves, etc…

· We pride ourselves on a clean, well maintained play area, and because of this, food may only be eaten during designated times and in designated places (see party plan below).  Please do not set out appetizers for adults during play time as it generally results in children running around with food.

· Prior to your meal/dessert time, Jack and Jill’s will assist with the seating of children.  Adults may sit with children or in the adult eating area.  Jack and Jill’s is happy to help serve pizza and juice boxes ordered through us as well as any cake or cupcakes you bring.

· Jack and Jill’s does not have a freezer and only has a small sized refrigerator.

· Jack and Jill’s cannot accommodate alcoholic beverages.

 

Party Plan

Jack and Jill’s parties generally follow the following schedule.  Please let us know if you would like to vary from this plan:

· Arrival

· A themed art project will be set out for the first forty five minutes of the party.  Jack and Jill’s staff will be happy to assist children with this project when needed.  We generally do not require children to sit down and do the project, but will encourage children to come give it a try.  Open play occurs concurrently.

· During this time, we can also lead any organized activities you choose (freeze dance, fashion show, etc..)

· Prior to food and dessert Jack and Jill’s can help you organize your guests on stage if you would like to take a group picture.  This should occur one hour before the end of your party if serving dessert and food or 45 minutes before the end of your party if serving dessert only.

· Meal or meal and dessert time.

· Presents Time!  Presents are opened on stage.  Jack and Jill staff will take note of each gift and help your child with the present opening process.  Party guests may sit and watch or continue to play in the play area.  You may also choose to simply take presents home in order to have more play time.  Just let us know!

 

Changes in Party Size

· Jack and Jill’s parties are scheduled in three sizes: mini (up to 10), medium (up to 15), and super (up to 20).

· We can change your party from a medium party to a mini party up until the day of your party.

· We can also change your party from a mini to a medium up until the day of your party, although late notice may require the addition of some plain plates or similar themed plates for your guests (depending on stock amounts).

· Due to staffing needs, we will need at least a week’s notice to change your party from medium to super, or to reduce your party from super to medium or mini.
